  • Q: I ordered tickets online but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

    ​A: No worries. You do not need a confirmation email to receive your passes. Simply show up at the will call tent on the day(s) of the event that you purchased tickets for, give us your name and a photo ID and we can pull up your order on the spot.

  • Q: What does the admission cost include?

    A: Admission to Gettysburg Bike Week® includes access to the vendor village, concerts, mini bike racing, bike games, and stunt shows for the day(s) purchased.

  • Q: Can I purchase tickets when I arrive at the event instead of buying online in advance?

    A: Yes. Tickets can always be purchased at the gates, cash only. We have ATMs on site. Please keep in mind that entrance lines can form, so be sure to arrive with plenty of time to see any scheduled events or concerts at our venue.

  • Q: Can I attend Gettysburg Bike Week® if I don't have a motorcycle?

    A: Absolutely! All are welcome at our event. We have separate parking for those coming by car/truck.

  • Q: Is Gettysburg Bike Week® handicap accessible?

    A: We offer handicap parking at our event. There are ways to access the vendor village, concert stage and bike games without having to use stairs, though it is important to keep in mind that most of our entertainment seating is located in grass fields.

  • Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks to Gettysburg Bike Week®?

    A: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

  • Q: Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?

    A: As long as they are leashed, well behaved, and picked up after, we are okay with dogs. Please keep in mind that our fireworks start around 11:00PM on the Saturday of our event.

  • Q: Can I come and go from the event throughout the day?

    A: Yes, you can leave and return to the event as many times as needed throughout the day(s) you have purchased admission for.

  • Q: Can kids attend Gettysburg Bike Week®?

    A: Yes, we do not age-check any attendees. Children can attend at the discretion of their parent(s)/guardian(s). Children ages 12 and under receive free admission.
